A.
All ordinances or parts of ordinances inconsistent
herewith are hereby repealed, and this chapter shall take effect 10
days after passage and publication in the manner provided by law;
provided, however, that the passage and taking effect of this chapter
shall not abate or prevent the continuance of any proceedings instituted
under this chapter, hereby revised and amended, nor abate or prevent
any proceedings or prosecutions for violations of said chapter, which
is hereby revised and amended.
B.
Upon passage and publication as provided by law, this
chapter shall supersede Ordinance No. 3287, passed August 1, 1960,
as amended and supplemented.
