NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the open fire exemptions contained in § 53-1 of the Township Code are hereby temporarily abated until further order of the Township Fire Chief.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that effective immediately there is a total ban on all open fires and open burning within the Township.
