GENERAL REFERENCES
General penalty — See Ch. 1, Art. II.
No person, firm or corporation shall knowingly offer or solicit for sale, listing or purchase any real estate zoned residential pursuant to Chapter 650, Zoning, of the Ordinances of the City of Crystal Lake on the grounds that the real estate may be used or occupied for any residential use other than for which the property is currently zoned.
