As used in this article, the following terms shall have the meanings
indicated:
AT LARGE
Off the premises of the owner and not under the control of any person
by means of personal presence and attention as will reasonably control the
conduct of such dog.
OWNER
Any person or persons, firm, association or corporation owning, keeping
or harboring a dog.
This article is adopted under the authority of 7 M.R.S.A. § 3450.

It is a violation of this article for any person who owns, possesses
or controls a dog or other animal(s) to fail to properly remove and dispose
of any feces left by his or her animal on any street, sidewalk or publicly
owned property.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall he subject to a penalty as set forth in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
II, General Penalty, of this Code.

No person shall keep in the town any dog which, by barking or howling
or in any other manner, disturbs the peace or quiet of any neighborhood.

Any person, firm or corporation who or which shall violate any of the provisions of this article shall be subject to a penalty as set forth in Chapter
1, General Provisions, Article
II, General Penalty, of this Code.
