The owner or owners of any building or part thereof upon which building any violation of this chapter may be placed or shall exist; any contractor, builder, carpenter, mason or plumber who may be employed or assist in the commission of any such violation; and any or all persons who shall violate any of the provisions of this chapter or fail to comply therewith or any requirements thereof or who shall fail to comply with any order or regulation made thereunder or who shall build in violation of any detailed statement of specification or plan submitted and approved thereunder shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to such penalties as are provided for in Article III of Chapter 1 of the Revised General Ordinances of the Borough of Mountain Lakes. Each and every violation shall constitute a separate offense.
