GENERAL REFERENCES
General penalty — See Ch. 1, Art. II.
All machinery, equipment, vehicles, fire hydrants and personal property generally within the jurisdiction or control of the Police Department of the City of Passaic and/or the Fire Department of the City of Passaic shall be limited in their use by authorized personnel only and in the performance of official duties as prescribed by the Police Director and the Fire Director.
Any person who, without authority or without just and reasonable cause, interferes with, takes or uses any vehicles, equipment, fire hydrants or such other personal property in violation of this chapter shall upon conviction thereof, be subject to such penalty as is provided in Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article II, General Penalty.
