A.
A code regulating retail food establishments and fixing
penalties for violations is hereby established pursuant to N.J.S.A. 26:3-69.1
to 3-69.6. A copy of the code is annexed to this chapter and made a part of
it without the inclusion of the text herein.
B.
The code established and adopted by this chapter is described
and commonly known as the "Retail Food Establishment Code of New Jersey (1965)."
Three copies of the Retail Food Establishment Code of New Jersey (1965)
have been placed on file in the office of the Secretary of the Board of Health
for use and examination by the public.

Any person who violates or neglects to comply with any provision of
this chapter or code established herein or notice issued pursuant thereto
shall, upon conviction thereof, be liable to a penalty of not less than $5
nor more than $500 for each violation.
