[HISTORY: Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Elmsford 10-1-1979

The Village Mayor is hereby empowered to authorize such village employees
as he may designate to issue and serve parking or appearance tickets in connection
with the performance of their duties, subject to such restrictions and regulations
as he may impose.

The Building Inspector is authorized and empowered to issue
and serve appearance tickets to enforce the laws, rules and regulations of
the Code of the Village of Elmsford.
