Editor's Note: This local law also repealed former Ch. 53, Personnel
Policies, Art. I, Village Employees and Appointed Officers, adopted 6-21-1982
by L.L. No. 2-1982, and Art. II, Mayor and Board of Trustees, adopted 11-15-1993.
The Village of Elmsford hereby adopts and ratifies the terms and provisions
of the Village of Elmsford Employee Handbook, adopted by resolution of the
Board of Trustees of the Village of Elmsford on June 4, 2001, as it may be
amended from time to time, as the personnel policy of the Village of Elmsford.
