The Town is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with any school
district wholly or partially within the Town of Southampton for the purpose
of providing recreational facilities on property of any such school district.
The provisions of any agreement in relation to construction, maintenance,
term of agreement and apportionment of costs shall be at the discretion of
the parties as permitted by law.
No agreement between the Town and a school district shall be entered
into by the Town unless said agreement will further a legitimate Town purpose.
Use of recreational facilities on school district property by residents of
the Town when said facilities are not being used for school purposes shall
be a "legitimate Town purpose."
