No turns on a red signal shall be permitted in the following locations:
A. 
At Mill Road (County Road No. 71) and Oneck Lane, Westhampton.
B. 
At the intersection of Montauk Highway (County Road No. 80) with Ponquogue Avenue and Squiretown Road, Hampton Bays, New York.
C. 
At the intersection of Montauk Highway (County Road No. 80) with Springville Road, Hampton Bays, New York, no right turn on a red signal from Springville Road traveling east on Montauk Highway (County Road No. 80).

At the intersection of North Sea Road (County Road No. 39) in Southampton, New York, no right turn on a red signal traveling in a southerly direction on North Sea Road (County Road No. 38) turning west onto North Highway (County Road No. 39).

At the intersection of Sandy Hollow Road (County Road No. 52) with North Highway (County Road No. 39) in Southampton, New York, no left turn traveling in a southerly direction on Sandy Hollow Road (County Road No. 52) turning east onto North Highway (County Road No. 39).
B. 
At the intersection of Halsey Lane with Montauk Highway (SR 27) in Water Mill, New York, no left turn traveling in a northerly direction on Halsey Lane turning west onto Montauk Highway (SR 27).
C. 
At the intersection of the easterly access driveway from the Hampton Bays Town Center with Montauk Highway (County Road No. 80), no left turn traveling in a northerly direction in the driveway turning west onto Montauk Highway.

From the northernmost Hampton Bays Middle School driveway (70 Ponquogue Avenue, Hampton Bays, NY) on the west side of Ponquogue Avenue, which is directly opposite Country Lane, between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on days when school is in session.

From the elementary school (72 Ponquogue Avenue, Hampton Bays) and middle school (70 Ponquogue Avenue, Hampton Bays) driveway on the west side of Ponquogue Avenue, located 135 feet south and opposite Country Lane, between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on days when school is in session.
