§ 43-14 Adoption by reference; amendments; copies on file.

The rules and regulations of the Police Department are hereby adopted by reference and title and may hereafter be administratively amended from time to time, with approval of the governing body by resolution. Official copies of the rules and regulations shall be kept on file with the offices of the "Police Chief" and "Appropriate Authority," as those terms are defined in said rules and regulations.
