[Amended 10-3-2016 by Ord. No. 11-2014]
A permit authorizing a person or organization the use of a Township park, park area or facility of the Committee for a purpose other than for which fees are set forth in § 119-1 et seq., of this Code or in such a manner as may require an extraordinary facility or service may be granted upon written application to the Committee and the receipt of written approval. All permits must be produced upon command by a representative of the Committee.
