The veterans exemption from real property taxes
granted on any real property in the Town of Caledonia, pursuant to
§ 458 of the Real Property Tax Law, shall be increased or
decreased in the same proportion as the assessed valuation of such
property as has been increased or decreased on the assessment roll
to be finally completed and filed in 1985 bears to the value of the
said property on the 1979 assessment rolls, said real property having
been assessed at full value commencing with the 1980 assessment roll.
