A service charge of $15 shall be imposed for checks which are dishonored
and returned for insufficient funds, and thereafter future payments shall
be required to be tendered in cash or by certified or cashier's check.
This service charge shall be collected in the same manner prescribed
by law for the collection of the account for which the check was tendered.
