It shall be unlawful for any person to leave any abandoned, unattended
or discarded icebox, refrigerator, deep freeze or other similar container
of any kind outside of any building or dwelling in a place accessible to children
without first removing the door or doors from such icebox, refrigerator or
other similar container.
