A. 
Location, material, size and length. Monuments shall be placed at such block corners, angle points and points of curves in streets and at intermediate points as approved by the Council or its designated official. The monuments shall be of such material, size and length as may be approved by the engineer.
B. 
Survey. As buildings are completed and surveyed, a copy of the survey shall be furnished to the Building Department or appropriate city officer.
C. 
Permanent bench mark. A permanent bench mark shall be established referenced to United States Coast and Geodetic Survey and tied to the elevations shown on all plans, subject to approval of the engineer.
A. 
Standards and requirements generally. Utility and street improvements, when required in each new subdivision, shall be in accordance with the standards and requirements described in the following schedules.
B. 
Standards and specifications for each general type of development. The standards and specifications for each general type of development shall be as follows:
(1) 
For apartments, row houses and other residential types other than one-family detached dwellings, improvements shall be in accord with Standard B.
(2) 
For one-family detached dwellings, improvements shall be in accord with Standard A.
(3) 
For business, commercial, industrial and other types, improvements shall be as determined by the Council with the advice of the engineer.
