Editor's Note: This Sub-Part I was derived from Chapter 1077
of the Laws of 1960 of the Legislature of the State of New York.
Notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary, the town board
and any other boards, commissions, committees or agencies of the Town of Hornellsville,
Steuben County, are hereby authorized and empowered to hold meetings and hearings
in the City of Hornell, and any Justice of the Peace of such town is hereby
authorized to hold Justice Court, a Court of Special Sessions or Magistrate
Court for the Town of Hornellsville and perform any function for such town
within his jurisdiction in the City of Hornell.
This Article shall take effect immediately.
