Editor's Note: This Sub-Part F was derived from Chapter 543 of
the Laws of 1944 of the Legislature of the State of New York, as amended by
Chapter 432 of the Laws of 1955, Chapter 372 of the Laws of 1963 and Chapter
766 of the Laws of 1968.
The following are state arterial highways:
A.
Beginning at a point on the southerly city line, in the
vicinity of State Highway 5,212, thence northerly on or along Canisteo Street
and continuing northerly on a new location, as determined by the Commissioner
of Transportation, to the north city line, in the vicinity of State Highway
5,130. The approximate length is 2.1 miles.
B.
Beginning at the westerly city line, State Highway 5,342,
thence southeasterly along West Main Street and Main Street to an intersection
with the arterial route described in the above paragraph. The approximate
length is six-tenths (0.6) mile.
This act shall take effect immediately.
