Pursuant to the authority provided in the Municipal Claims and Lien
Act, as amended,[1] the reasonable and appropriate attorney fees for collection of
delinquent accounts shall include:
A.Â
Attorney's time billed at the regular hourly rate
of the Township Solicitor; and
B.Â
Filing fees; and
C.Â
Out-of-pocket costs.
