The definition of "condominium" shall be the same as that used in Chapter 825 of the Connecticut General Statutes.[1]

For the purpose of orderly supervision of this change in use, the conversion of any property to condominiums shall require that the property be resubmitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission as a change in use. This change shall be considered to occur despite the previous zoning classification.
