The following memorial greens shall be regulated
by this chapter:
It shall be unlawful to deposit, throw or place
waste materials, paper or litter upon the memorial greens of the Town
of Cromwell.
It shall be unlawful for any person to consume
any intoxicating beverage on a memorial green.
It shall be unlawful to operate any motorized
vehicle or bicycle upon any memorial green of the Town of Cromwell.
It shall be unlawful to cut, destroy, deface,
dig or remove any tree, bush, shrub, plant, flower, grass, playground,
flag or flagpole, markers, decorative memorial or any portion thereof
located on a memorial green.
Any person other than the Town of Cromwell or
any person granted authorization by the Town of Cromwell who violates
any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $100 for
each offense.
