It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any motorized vehicle, other than a Town-authorized maintenance/emergency vehicle, upon or across any designated hiking trail maintained by the Hockanum River Linear Park Committee.
It shall be unlawful to conduct any competitive racing events on any type of vehicle, including nonmotorized bicycles, upon or across any designated hiking trail maintained by the Hockanum River Linear Park Committee without the approval of the Board of Directors.
The penalty for violation of this article shall be $50.
