No person, partnership or corporation shall
burn or cause to be burned or permit to have burned leaves, brush
or other combustible matter within the corporate limits of the Town
of Bridgeville without obtaining a special permit thereof from the
President of the Commissioners of Bridgeville or his/her representative
appointed by said President.
Nothing contained in this chapter shall prohibit
the use of outdoor fireplace or other devices for the preparation
of food.
