No power or motor driven bicycle or motorcycle, or vehicle commonly
called "moped," shall be operated on any bicycle paths or pedestrian walkways
in the borough.

Any person who violates the provision of this chapter shall be subject to a summons in the Borough Municipal Court and upon conviction shall be subject to a fine in accordance with § 1-17, General penalty, for each separate violation of this chapter.
