GENERAL REFERENCES
General penalty — See Ch. 1, Art. II.
As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
LAUNDROMAT
A business conducted in a commercial building wherein there is located one or more automatic machines to be used for the washing or drying of wearing apparel.
A. 
No person shall operate, conduct or carry on the business defined herein as a laundromat, unless the proprietor or some other responsible person in charge of the premises is in attendance and on duty at all times between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
B. 
Time as used herein shall be "standard time" as described in N.J.S.A. 1:1-2.3.
For violation of any provision of this chapter, the penalties set forth in Chapter 1, Article II, General Penalty, shall apply.
