GENERAL REFERENCES
Vehicles and traffic — See Ch. 116.
No unlicensed motorbikes, motorcycles, motor
scooters or minibikes shall be ridden or driven on property owned
by the Borough of Branchville.
No licensed motorbike, motorcycle, motor scooter
or minibike shall be ridden or driven on any property owned by the
Borough of Branchville except the roads normally and regularly open
for public use and maintained for the purpose of vehicular traffic.
This chapter shall not apply to public roads
which are regulated by the provisions of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes[1] and other ordinances.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to the penalties provided by § 1-15 of this Code.
