The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule I (§ 75-34) are hereby designated as one-way streets, and vehicles shall proceed only in the direction indicated.
No person shall make a turn of the kind designated (left, right, all) at any of the locations described in Schedule II (§ 75-35).
The turning of vehicles so as to proceed in the opposite direction (otherwise known as a "U-turn") is hereby prohibited on any of the streets or parts of streets described in Schedule III (§ 75-36).
The streets or parts of streets described in Schedule IV (§ 75-37) are hereby designated as through streets, and stop signs shall be erected at entrances thereto as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule V (§ 75-38) are hereby designated as stop intersections, and stop signs shall be erected as indicated.
The intersections described in Schedule VI (§ 75-39) are hereby designated as school stop intersections, and traffic shall stop as indicated at such times as "full stop - school crossing" signs are displayed.

The intersections and pedestrian yields described in Schedule VII (§ 75-40) are hereby designated as yield intersections and pedestrian yields, and yield signs shall be erected as indicated.
The maximum speed at which vehicles may proceed on or along any streets or highways within the Village is hereby established as indicated in Schedule VIII (§ 75-41) for those streets or parts thereof described in said schedule.
A. 
No person shall operate any motor vehicle in excess of 15 miles per hour within a school speed zone during the school noon hour, school recess or while children are going to and from school during school hours when such limit and zone are properly signposted as directed by the Village Board.
B. 
Said school speed zones shall include that portion of the highway which is signposted to designate said zone as such and that portion of the highway adjacent to a school building and extending not more than 300 feet along such highway in either direction from the building line of a school abutting on such highway.

A. 
No person shall operate or move or cause or knowingly permit to be operated on Perry Avenue, Creek (Shore) Road, Mountain Avenue, School Street, Godfrey Avenue or Merrit Lane any vehicle or combination of vehicles exceeding 40,000 laden pounds without first filing a certificate of registration with the Village and agreeing to assume liability for any and all damages to the above-mentioned Village roads resulting from the use of such vehicle. Prima facie evidence of such laden weight shall be that weight indicated on the state vehicle certificate of registration.
B. 
The Village of Bayville will require that a certificate of registration be filed to operate or move a vehicle or a combination of vehicles, the weight of which exceeds the above specified limitation. The registrant shall exhibit suitable evidence of the name and address of the vehicle owner and operator and the name, address, policy number and policy limits of the owner and operator's insurance carrier. Such insurance policy limits shall be not less than $50,000/$100,000 protective liability and $50,000 for property damage. Any certificate of registration issued shall be revocable by the Village of Bayville at any time at its discretion without a hearing.
