§ 43-1Election to come under statutory provisions.
§ 43-2Reduction of contribution; effective date.
The Village of Blasdell does hereby elect to come under the provisions of Chapter 339 of the Laws of 1960,

The per centum of the member's compensation by which contributions shall be reduced shall be 5% and the effective date shall be the payroll beginning on the first day of June 1965.
