A. The Treasurer-Collector shall be appointed for a term
not to exceed three years by the Select Board, and the person so appointed
shall have all the powers and duties by law vested in the individual
offices of Treasurer and Collector. Any vacancy in such office shall
be filled in like manner for the unexpired portion of the term.
B. The Treasurer-Collector shall be the custodian of
all deeds, bonds and insurance policies belonging to the town, except
that the bond of the Treasurer-Collector shall be in the custody of
the Chairman of the Select Board.
C. The Treasurer-Collector shall make an annual report
which shall contain a statement of the amount of money received and
paid out by him/her during the year and a full exhibit of all moneys,
properties and securities which may be placed in his charge by virtue
of any statute or bylaw or by virtue of any gift, device, bequest
or deposit.
The Select Board shall appoint a Chief of Police
under MGL c. 41, § 97 and make suitable regulations concerning
the Police Department.
A. The Select Board shall appoint a Town Accountant.
B. The Town Accountant shall, in his annual report, in
addition to such matters as are required by law, furnish a condensed
statement of the financial condition of the town and financial conditions
for the year covered by such report.
A. The Select Board shall appoint a Town Administrator
for a term of three years, pursuant to the provisions of MGL c. 41,
§ 23A, as amended.

B. Whenever the office becomes vacant, the Moderator
shall appoint a five-member search committee to seek out and review
candidates for this position and make a recommendation to the Select
Board, which Board will make the final decision and appointment of
the individual to fill this position.
The Select Board shall appoint a Building Inspector.
