Editor's Note: This regulation also repealed former Ch. 252,
Septic Systems, which consisted of Art. I, Percolation Tests and Septic
Plans, adopted 3-21-1994; Art. II, Subsurface Sewage Disposal Systems, adopted 1-1-1986; and Art. III,
Installers, adopted 5-20-1996, and stated that "All systems installed in the Town of
Belchertown will comply with Title V of the Environmental Code, 310
CMR 15.00, in its entirety."
Leach fields must be 100 feet minimum distance from watercourses
and waterways, including wetlands.
