All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
The invalidity of any section, clause, sentence or provision of this
chapter shall not affect the validity of any other part of this chapter which
can be given effect without such invalid part or parts.
These rules and regulations were adopted by the Board of Selectmen on
September 8, 1997. Adoption of these rules hereby replaces and repeals all
previous sewer use regulations of the Town of Belchertown.
