After the date of this chapter, a fee as set forth from time to time
by resolution of the Board of Trustees shall be charged by the Village for
every written tax search delivered on request to any person other than a Village
official acting in an official capacity.
Where more than one such search is required by the virtue of the fact
that several parcels are separately assessed on the assessment roll, the above
fee shall be charged for each parcel separately searched and separately certified
by the Village Clerk or Deputy Clerk. If, however, such parcels are contiguous
and a blanket search and certification is made, then such fee shall be as
set forth from time to time by resolution of the Board of Trustees for such
blanket search and certification.
