It shall be unlawful for any person within the Town of Falmouth to disturb the peace of the commonwealth by making loud noises and outcries and by uttering in a loud and threatening tone, abusive, profane, indecent and violent language, and by divers striking grievous blows at divers persons, and by behaving in a violent and disorderly manner, to the great damage and common nuisance of the citizens of the commonwealth.
Whoever violates any provision of this article shall be punished by a fine. For penalty, see Chapter 1, General Provisions, Article I, Penalties.
