It is lawful for the holder of a license for the operation of or conduct of games of chance issued by the borough under the provisions of N.J.S.A. 5:8-24 et seq., known as the "Bingo Licensing Law" and N.J.S.A. 5:8-50 et seq., known as the "Raffles Licensing Law" to operate or conduct such games of chance as are permitted under the aforesaid statutes on Sunday.

The Mayor and Council reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to waive the requirement for payment of the municipal fees for bingo, raffle or other games of chance licenses for qualified organizations, as defined in N.J.A.C. 13:47-1.1. This section shall not be construed as a waiver or exemption from the payment of any fee due to the New Jersey Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission.

The Municipal Clerk is hereby delegated the authority to act as the "issuing authority" to approve the granting of raffle and bingo licenses.
