10-6-1975 as Ch. BH:IX of the 1975 Code. Amendments noted where applicable.]
There is hereby established the position of Health Inspector of the
Board of Health. The duties of the Health Inspector shall be to act as a ministerial
officer of the Board of Health and to perform such other duties as may be
assigned by the Board of Health.
The annual salaries payable to the Registrar of Vital Statistics and
Secretary of the Board of Health, Sanitary Inspector and Health Inspector
are to be established annually by ordinance. Salaries shall be payable in
equal monthly payments.
