§ 199-1 Fee.

Whenever application is made to the office of the Township Clerk for the issuance of a certification for a limousine pursuant to N.J.S.A. 48:16-13 through N.J.S.A. 48:16-22, a fee of as provided in Chapter 150, Fees, shall be paid to the Township of Freehold prior to the certification being issued by the Township Clerk.

§ 199-2 Overnight parking.

The person or entity seeking issuance of the certification shall also supply written evidence that the limousines to which the certification shall apply shall not be stored or parked overnight in any residential zone within the Township of Freehold.

All other provisions of the aforementioned statutory law are incorporated by reference herein.
