[HISTORY: Adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Ridgefield 5-28-1985 as Ord. No. 1282. Amendments noted where
applicable.]
The Borough of Ridgefield hereby adopts a self-funded disability insurance
plan for certain employees of the Borough of Ridgefield.
The plan shall be that plan, three (3) copies of which shall always
be maintained at the office of the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Ridgefield.
The employees of the Borough of Ridgefield who shall be eligible for
this disability plan are all borough employees exclusive of members of the
Ridgefield Police Department for whom other plans are in effect.
