It is intent of this article to opt the Village of Churchville
out of hosting retail cannabis dispensaries.
This article is adopted pursuant to New York State Cannabis
Law § 131, which expressly authorizes villages to opt out
of allowing retail cannabis dispensaries.
The Village Board of the Village of Churchville, County of Monroe,
hereby opts out of allowing the licensing and establishing of cannabis
retail dispensaries within its boundaries.

out of on-site cannabis consumption establishments within its boundaries.
This article is adopted pursuant to New York State Cannabis
Law § 131, which expressly authorizes villages to opt out
of allowing on-site cannabis consumption establishments to locate
and operate within their boundaries.
The Village Board of the Village of Churchville, County of Monroe,
hereby opts out of allowing cannabis on-site consumption establishments
within its boundaries.
