This chapter shall be known and may be cited
as the "Administrative Code of the Township of Pine."

The following words, when used in this chapter, shall,
unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, mean or indicate as
follows:
Those documents specifying operational matters of municipal
units, including, but not necessarily limited to, descriptions of
the duties and responsibilities of subordinate units, rules and regulations
and appropriate administrative procedures, records and reports.
All personnel in those units of the municipality which are
under the authority of the Township Manager.
The Board of Supervisors of the Township of Pine, Pennsylvania.
The Home Rule Charter of the Township of Pine, Pennsylvania.
All applicable laws of the United States of America and the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The Township of Pine, Pennsylvania.
Any individual, partnership, association, corporation or
other entity.
To print in a newspaper of general circulation in the municipality
either the entire document or a brief summary thereof with a listing
of places where copies of the entire document have been filed and
times when they are available for public inspection.
An abode in which an officer or employee permanently resides.
Prepare agenda, packet and necessary items for meetings,
transmit correspondence, provide technical support, information and
recommendations, carry out the policies of the committee, commission,
board and council, disseminate to and receive input from the public
and communicate public input to the respective committee, commission,
board or council.
The duly appointed Manager, Secretary and Treasurer of the
Township of Pine, Pennsylvania, who shall also act as the Township's
chief administrative officer.
All governmental entities of the municipality.
B.
In this chapter, the singular shall include the plural,
and the plural shall include the singular; the masculine gender shall
include the feminine, and the feminine shall include the masculine.
