The minimum standard of care of professional prehospital care and transportation to be provided for all emergencies within the Township of Pine which require emergency medical services shall be advanced life support, as that term is defined by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and advanced life support services initiated within the Township of Pine shall be rendered by providers licensed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
