The amount of the bond of the Township Treasurer of the Township
of Shaler for the fiscal year beginning the first Monday of January
of 1938 and every year thereafter shall be and the same is hereby
fixed at a sum at least equal to 50% of the probable amount of the
Township tax, said bond amount to be established in accordance with
the provisions of the First Class Township Code.[1]
