Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $2,500 or imprisonment not exceeding 12 months or revocation of a license, or a combination thereof. Every day of operation in violation hereof shall constitute a separate offense.
A. 
This chapter shall not apply to the parking of trailers used as temporary office or storage facilities during construction projects or to trailers used in connection with carnivals, fairs or other similar public events, provided that such events do not exceed a period of two weeks for each event.
B. 
This chapter or any of its incorporations shall not apply to those portions of trailer camps or parks to the extent that they had been constructed prior to the enactment of this chapter. Any new construction shall be governed by Chapter 125 of the Page County Code.
C. 
State approved and licensed campgrounds and recreational vehicle parks are hereby excluded from the provisions of this chapter, and subject to the provisions of Chapter 128 of the Page County Code.
An appeal to the Page County Board of Zoning Appeals may be taken by any person aggrieved under this chapter by following the procedures more particularly detailed in Chapter 125, Article VIII, of the Page County Code.
