A. 
No person shall ride a bicycle on any sidewalk, nor shall any person ride or drive, or cause to be ridden or driven, any animal, or ride, drive or propel, or cause to be ridden, driven or propelled, any motorized vehicle or other motorized manner of conveyance along any sidewalk except for snow removal and emergency vehicles, or leave any animal or vehicle upon any public sidewalk or permit any such animal or vehicle to stand thereon.
B. 
No person riding on or by means of a skateboard, coaster, scooter or similar device shall go upon any sidewalk.
C. 
Bicycles may be parked on the sidewalk parallel to and against buildings, but not so as to obstruct entrances or exits.
D. 
The owner or employee of any filling station or garage shall not give any service to any motor vehicle while it is on any sidewalk.

No vehicle shall be driven over any newly made pavement where there is a barrier or sign warning persons not to drive over such pavement, or sign stating the street is closed.

Backhoe equipment outriggers shall be fitted with rubber pads whenever outriggers are placed on any paved surface owned by the Town. Tracked vehicles with grousers are not permitted on paved surface unless specific precautions are taken to protect the surface. Anyone operating backhoe equipment outriggers or tracked vehicles on any paved surface owned by the Town shall be responsible for any damage caused to the pavement by the operation of such equipment as well as subject to the penalty provision of this article.
