When a proposed park, playground, school or
other public use shown in a Master Plan is located in whole or in
part within a subdivision, the subdivision shall dedicate or reserve
adequate space for such purpose in such area within the subdivision
when the Town Council finds the requirement to be reasonably necessary
to the public health and welfare.
The requiring of the dedication of public spaces as provided in § 400-80 shall not constitute an acceptance of the dedication by the Town.
