All sewer service lateral connections must be
connected by September 20, 1993. The only exemptions will be those
commercial, industrial and residential buildings which are declared
uninhabitable by the Building Inspector, in written documentation,
after an on-site inspection.
The per-day penalty for failure to connect by
September 20, 1993, will be $200 for the first day and $10 for each
additional day. The Board of Health may require service lateral connections
prior to September 20, 1993.
