§ 440-13 Speed or acceleration contest or exhibition; misdemeanor.

Any person who engages in any motor vehicle speed or acceleration contest, or exhibition of speed or acceleration, on any highway, street, alley, public way, private property open to the public, parking lot or public school property, is guilty of speed or acceleration contest or exhibition on Town highways or streets, a misdemeanor.
