[Adopted 12-2-1977 as Ch. 81, Art. I, of the 1977 Code]
The Town Board of the Town of East Hampton hereby
accepts the applicability of the State Fire Prevention Code for the
Town of East Hampton to become effective in said Town of East Hampton
on November 1, 1976, in accordance with the provisions of § 392
of the Executive Law.
The Town Clerk is hereby instructed to file
a certified copy of this local law in the principal office of the
State Building Code Council, Division of Housing and Community Renewal,
at Two World Trade Center, New York, New York, 10047.
This local law shall take effect upon its being
duly filed in the office of the Secretary of State, in the office
of the State Comptroller.
