As used in this chapter, the following terms shall have the meanings indicated:
TRAILER or CAMP CAR
Any vehicle used or intended for the use as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways and duly licensed as such, and shall include self-propelled and non-self-propelled vehicles so designed, constructed and reconstructed or added to by means of accessories in such a manner as to permit the occupancy thereof as a temporary dwelling or sleeping place for one (1) or more persons and having no foundation other than wheels, jacks or skirtings so arranged as to be integral with or portable by said "trailer" or "camp car."
It shall be unlawful for any person to park any trailer or camp car on any street in the Borough of Leonia or on any premises within the limits of the Borough except for the purpose of repair or storage. Any such trailer or camp car undergoing repairs or being stored shall not during such period of repairs or storage be used by any person as a dwelling.
Any person who shall violate this chapter or any of its provisions shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a penalty as set forth in Chapter 1, Article I, General Penalty.
