A.
The Town Board of the Town of Forestburgh may compensate
the Town Attorney of the Town of Forestburgh by paying a yearly fixed sum
for the services of the Town Attorney for general representation of the Town,
plus additional compensation at an hourly rate for additional defined services,
including litigation and representation of agencies of the Town of Forestburgh
other than the Town Board.
B.
The rate of compensation shall be fixed from time to
time by resolution of the Town Board.
